VESTA HISTORY / FOUNDING

Established in 2011, VESTA is Denver’s progressive interiors general contractor. We are a woman-owned business founded on the premise that long-term success in the construction industry hinges on creating a great customer experience. Our team works seamlessly with your designer to create a plan for your space that gives you the look and functionality you want within your budget.

At VESTA, we take the stress out of construction by providing you with clear and consistent communication throughout the entire process. When you work with us, you always know the status of your project and your budget. Our team is made up of experienced professionals with a broad range of expertise in real estate, design, and construction, allowing us to provide valuable insight into all areas of the process. Our diverse backgrounds in the industry uniquely position VESTA to combine technology, organization, communication, and quality in a manner often lacking in commercial interiors projects.

VESTA CARES

At Vesta, we approach everything we do with the heart of a builder. We believe in coming together with our clients to build better spaces and stronger communities. So on each of our projects, we offer a unique matching program. If a client agrees to an additional 1 percent of the base price of their contract, Vesta and our subcontractors will match that one percent in a donation to the American Transplant Foundation or Children’s Hospital Colorado Heart Institute.


KRISTEN CUMMINGS, Chief Experience Officer

Kristen is responsible for overall business strategy, sales and marketing at Vesta. She has also spearheaded Vesta’s apartment renovations division. Her wide range of national contacts and relationships has allowed Vesta to comfortably and quickly grow to handle jobs of all sizes with a personalized touch.

Kristen has a diverse background in design and sales, having led the business development efforts of Interior Architects in Denver and the San Francisco Bay Area, and managed accounts for Herman Miller dealer Workplace Resources. In those roles, she worked on projects ranging from small, local-finish changes to international re-stacks. Her wide range of experience on construction teams gives her a unique perspective, which she brings to Vesta along with and an unmatched empathy for our clients’ concerns.

SCOTT CUMMINGS, VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS

Scott handles all things logistics at VESTA – from managing project staffing and outlines project plans to managing budgets, specifications, deadlines, logistics plans, and schedules. Scott is also responsible for handling all required documentation throughout the construction process.

Scott brings an extensive background in real estate and construction to his role at VESTA, including experience in real estate law, building materials distribution, supply chain technology, custom residential, condominiums, and commercial interiors. In these various roles, Scott has managed a broad spectrum of projects including building upgrades, full-floor tenant suites, retail, and industrial/server room construction. This diverse background and organizational savvy makes Scott an invaluable asset to VESTA project teams.

Scott holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida, a J.D. from Emory and a MBA from the University of Georgia.

JUSTIN HILL, DIRECTOR, FIELD OPERATIONS

Justin is responsible for the day-to-day operations on our project sites. He coordinates with all subcontractors in the field and controls the short-term schedule. Meticulous and detail-oriented, Justin takes pride in ensuring quality control on our job sites.

Justin has worked on tenant improvement and ground-up projects ranging from retail and restaurants to office space and federal ground-up projects. Leveraging VESTA’s technology and proven project planning model, Justin works with the subcontractors on the job site and VESTA superintendents to keep our projects running smoothly
